Tips for saving you money before we get there:
- Insufficient detail provided by a client or contractor will result in problems or delays, so to ensure everything goes smoothly, treat your specification as a step by step guide.
- Have a plan and a vision of what you are trying to achieve before embarking on a refurbishment project as this will avoid costly amendments to a specification when the project is underway.
- Employing a project manager may appear costly in the first instance, but it should lead to a stress free, cost controlled and smooth running refurbishment project.
- Try to find out where your main stop cock is so that you know how to turn off water to your home (it is often but not always under the kitchen sink)! This will save you time and money as you will not have to pay us to find it.
